Last Will and testament of James Madison Stephenson
Filed in office for Probate in Common Form
May 11th, 1925
E. T. Steed, Ordinary.
Know all men be these presents:
That I James Madison Stephenson of the City of Carrollton, County of Carroll,
State of Georgia, do make declare and publish, this my last will and testament.
Item 1.
It is my will that all my just debts be paid.
Item 2.
I do give, bequeath and devise, to my wife Eudora Virginia, all of the estate,
real, personal, -titled at the time of my decease, to have and to hold the same
and to enjoy and receive all the rights and privileges thereunto for the
remainder of her natural life, then to my children, born and unborn, to be
equally divided among then share and share alike.
Item 3.
I do appoint my wife Eudora Virginia, sole executrix of this my last will and
testament, and relieve her as executrix, from giving bond or making any
inventory or appraisement of my estate, on making any return of returns as
executrix hereunder.
In Testamony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and
decree this to be my last will and testament, in the presence of the witness
named below, this 29th day of June 1917.

Signed sealed and declared and published by said James Madison Stephenson as and
for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request and
in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as
witnesses hereunto.

I, Eudora V. Stephenson, do solemnly swear that the within writing contains the
true last will and testament of James Madison Stephenson, deceased, to the best
of knowledge and belief, and that I will well and truly execute the same
according to the terms thereof and the laws of said State. So help me God.
